To our valued BarkWash & BarkMarket customers,
We cannot thank you enough for all of the support you have shown our business and team during this difficult time. We hope you will come visit us at BarkWash or BarkMarket very soon. However, we understand you must move at a pace that feels comfortable to you and that is exactly what we are doing as a team. While we are open, here are a few important changes we’ve made to keep you, your dog and our team safe:
Grooming. We are happily accepting appointments for grooming and full-service washes. We are keeping the BarkWash lobby closed for a few more weeks. So, if you have a grooming appointment, please come to our drive-through and we will send a groomer out to meet you and your dog. If your appointment is after 10 a.m., you can check in at the BarkMarket lobby if you prefer.
Self-Wash. We are reopening our self-service dog wash tubs but all clients must make an appointment to reserve their tub in advance. This new system will allow us to maintain safe social distancing and give our team extra time to disinfect each tub between use.
BarkMarket. Our market is fully open. We are limiting the number of customers allowed in our store at one time in order to maintain proper social distancing and protect your health and the health of our team. If you’re not up for shopping in-person just yet, you can still order online, over the phone or by coming to our drive-through.
During this time, we will also be adjusting our store hours to 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
